We are less than 2 months away from the largest Ratha Yatra Festival ever celebrated in New York City. Last year, more than 20,000 people attended the festival from all over the world and joyfully chanted the Holy Names of Sri Krishna down 5th Avenue and all throughout Washington Square Park. Close to 15,000 festivalgoers honored a full plate of free Prasadam, and many thousands more purchased yummy treats, books, and gifts from the various stalls at the festival site.
Hare Krishna Festival 2024 Preparations are underway!
This year, with your support and the blessings of Lord Jagannath (Krishna) we are increasing our preparations to ensure more prasadam is prepared and more books to be sold. Our stage program this year will have more performances by local devotees as well as a solid kirtan program featuring world famous kirtaniyas.

To put on a celebration of this scale requires many hands and hearts to serve together. More details will be released in the coming days, and we encourage everyone to plan ahead, take time off from work (if required) and sign up to volunteer at one of the booths at the festival, or at the temple on the days and evenings before. No experience is required, and all are welcome. Stay tuned for more information.
